HUFFINGTON POST BUSTED
If you have been a regular here at this blog since its inception a whole 12 days ago, you may have noticed a bit of animosity towards the Huffington Post. Here is why: (from Drudge to the LA Times)
George Clooney in regards to the recent Huffington Post article credited under his name.
"Miss Huffington's blog is purposefully misleading and I have asked her to clarify the facts. I stand by my statements but I did not write this blog. With my permission Miss Huffington compiled it from interviews with Larry King and The Guardian. What she most certainly did not get my permission to do is to combine only my answers in a blog that misleads the reader into thinking that I wrote this piece. These are not my writings - they are answers to questions and there is a huge difference."
They even lie about their own heroes.
Outside the Beltway has it

Shorter Roy Orbison:
This blogging stuff sure is tricky. I think I'll crawl back into a bottle.

Hmm. That's weird. Liberal Avenger's comment doesn't seem to match the post at all. Did it get misapplied maybe? Or did LA crawl back in a bottle before even commenting?
Cause I know that this blogger is above re-editing his posts without announcing same...

Since you libs say Christopher Hitchens is a sot because you can't challenge his intellect, I'll take that as high praise. Thanks

Christopher Hitchens does indeed have an amazing intellect. That's not why we call him a sot, though.
We call him a sot because he is an alcoholic.

Roy:
I'm having friends for dinner this weekend and I have a limited budget. I'm having trouble deciding whether I'll get more bang for my buck buying meat from the Omaha Steak company through your world-class shopping portal - or if your mail order salmon is a better value.
Any thoughts?

LA I'd suggest that you purchase a "Swiss Army" knife go to Pet Smart and....
and btw...
whoring your site for corporate dollars speaks louder than any "thoughts" you might post.

Gee... without HTML you just can't make stuff come out right...
That last comment about "Whoring" was directed at Ray Ray... but limited ability of ray ray's html skills didn't allow for the comment to come out correctly....
It should have read
Corporate RAYRAY (in 72pt font in Italics...but this disappeared...?????)
"whoring your site for corporate dollars speaks louder than any "thoughts" you might post.
So just to clear thing up for Ray Rays readers... the comment was directed at Corporate Ray Ray

So what's wrong with whoring for corporate dollars?
Well, other than the fact that your possession of them fill indigent, lazy "revolutionaries" with envy, of course, which is just an added bonus anyway.
Hmmm... "Whoring for corporate dollars..." Wouldn't that mean that anybody who works for a corporation is a whore? Or anybody who works at all? That would explain why liberals are so upset. It's quite common for those who have not to throw silly "insults" in the directions of those who have, after all.
